Wireless Solutions - Wireless Over Water®
Intellicheck Mobilisa® developed and transformed Wireless Over Water® (WOWTM)
technologies, which allows Wi-Fi to work in-motion and over great distances.
Using this technology, our engineers are able to provide the Washington State
and British Columbia Ferry systems a continuous internet connection while
customers travel on board the vessels.
Our Floating Area Network® (FAN™) technology allows ships within line of
sight to communicate with each other wirelessly at speeds faster than current,
and overused, satellite communications.
The U.S. Navy's SPARTAN unmanned surface vehicles are using
Intellicheck Mobilisa's WOWTM
technology to transmit high-speed video in real time over several miles.
We are working on a Buoy Project that creates buoys that are multi-purpose
systems with environmental and military applications that are capable of having
wireless connectivity and networking capabilities, are environmental sensors
data collectors and have mobile and configurable - plug-n-play surveillance
packages.
