Ms. Monroe joined the company in July 2003. As the Operations Manager she is involved
with determining internal processes and policies including purchasing, invoicing,
and insurance coverage with an emphasis in schedule control, customer relations,
quality control, and document production. Ms. Monroe has extensive experience in
producing top-quality products within a tight schedule and budget.
She works closely with customers and contracting to ensure that all projects are
completed within budget, on time and to the customers' satisfaction. In addition
to these duties Ms. Monroe is involved in the HR sector of the company including
recruiting and benefits administration.
Ms. Monroe holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University
of Washington and a Master of Engineering and Technology Management from Washington
State University.
